- FREE delivery throughout Ireland on all orders over €499
- Orders below €499 are typically charged €7.45
- Larger items requiring pallet delivery, such as shower doors, shower trays, radiators, toilets, radiators, vanity units, baths and large units, are charged €55.00

- Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours
- Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days from the date of your order
Damaged Deliveries
If you notice any visible signs of damage upon delivery, please take photographs of the issue and get in touch straight away.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods by emailing:
Tracking
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming that we’ve received your purchase and are preparing your items.
Home Delivery Orders
If you choose delivery at checkout, you’ll then receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your delivery and tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Click & Collect Orders
If you choose to collect your order in-store, you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup Email once your order is prepared.
Most collection orders are ready within 1 hour during business hours.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday - Friday: 7:30 – 16:30.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
