What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the product against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials or workmanship
- Structural failure under normal domestic use
If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) in line with the manufacturer’s terms. This applies only to products installed in Ireland.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Accidental damage, impact, or external forces
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning products or methods
- Labour, installation, or removal costs
- Issues arising from failure to follow fitting or maintenance instructions
